In today’s’ modern society, our diet has undergone a radical shift from plant-based foods toward foods derived from animals; meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. High calorie and high fat foods have become our daily eating habits and the results are obvious; a population affected by serious health problems. That is because there are some foods or food ingredients that stimulate Candida albicans to grow even more abundantly, and these are the things to eliminate or reduce from your diet if you truly desire to restore your natural balance and regain proper health. Most minerals are easy to obtain in quantities required by the body because almost all foods contribute to a varied intake of needed minerals. This is because they choose to eat things that are high in sugar and other processed foods.

Include a wide variety of foods to ensure you get all the nutrients your body needs. Determining what type of diets are good for the body should be based on whether or not the plan included proper nutrition that allows you to get through your day feeling good. Two of the greatest evils when it comes to encouraging the Candida fungus to get out of hand are sugar and yeast, so therefore if you reduce your intake of these two dietary items, you will be well on your way to controlling the yeast infection. Where the health issue arises is when there is way too much Candida. Since our favorite protein foods come laden with saturated fat and cholesterol, their over consumption is a risk to the health of our hearts and blood vessels.
