For lunch, you should be able to include vegetables, preferably have a salad combined with a slice of black bread, a slice of low-fat cheese, or an egg.

You can have fish without garnish or a 100-gram low-fat meat with unlimited amount of non-sweet fruits. You should also ensure to drink as plenty of water as you can throughout the day. There are plenty of reasons why it happens but very often people focus only on exercises for abs forgetting about the other crucial component – diet. If you are one of those people aiming to lose weight in a quick and healthy way, the most recommended diet is a 1000 calorie diet menu. They are usually so low in calories that they put you into negative calorie balance. Hence, the conclusion is that cutting way back on calories each day is the fastest way to lose weight.

If you start cutting calories because that’s what has always been preached you soon find yourself fighting the basic biology of human physiology; your metabolism begins to slow down and its ability to burn fat diminishes to the point that you can no longer lose weight. However, if you obtain the tremendous results after the first week, you would find it one of the most satisfying menus ever created. More so, it allows you to lose up to 10 pounds for the first week. 1000 calorie diet menu may be boring to follow at first. You should be able to follow this menu for a week in order to obtain optimal results. On the other hand, you can plan a 1000 calorie a day diet in order to lose weight in a healthy way.
